About Possa Media

In hospitality, experiences begin long before a guest walks through the door.

They begin on a screen.

With a photograph that sets expectations.
With a video that builds anticipation.
With visuals that make people stop, feel and choose.

Possa Media was built on a simple belief: exceptional brands deserve exceptional imagery.

We are a creative studio based in Ireland, specialising in premium photography and video production for restaurants, hotels and high-end experiences. Our work is designed to reflect atmosphere, craftsmanship and emotion. The same qualities that make great hospitality unforgettable.

Frequently asked questions

Each package includes a specific number of final images. Shorter sessions, such as the Short Photoshoot package (2 hours), include fewer images than longer sessions like the Full-Day Photoshoot. Full details are listed on each package description.

Yes. Additional images can be purchased for an extra fee after you receive your preview gallery.

After the photoshoot, we carefully pre-select the best images, remove duplicates, and apply a light pre-edit. You will then receive a gallery to choose your final selections. This is also when you can request additional images if desired.

Once you finalise your image selection, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of the final gallery. If the photos are ready sooner, we will deliver them ahead of schedule.

There is no time limit on image usage. We believe that once you welcome our team into your space, you should be able to use the photos for as long as you need, across your platforms and materials.

To ensure the best possible results, the space should be clean, organised, and free of visual clutter. Whenever possible, we recommend setting aside a specific area of the restaurant for the shoot, ideally away from guest traffic, so we don’t interfere with your customers’ experience. Please inform your team in advance about the photoshoot. Chefs, bartenders, and waitstaff should be prepared and in uniform — ironed uniforms are essential for a polished, premium look in the final images.

Yes, absolutely. We do recommend scheduling the photoshoot during off-peak hours so chefs and bartenders can prepare dishes and drinks efficiently, without pressure from service demand. This helps maintain consistency, presentation, and overall image quality.

Yes — and we actually encourage it. Having a marketing team member present allows us to make real-time adjustments to dishes, drinks, or styling to better align with your brand strategy. This ensures the final images fully support your marketing goals.
